Bill Payment

West Iredell Water Company offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments to West iredell Water Co., PO Box 5607, Statesville, NC  28687.  Please include the bottom portion of your bill with your payment.  To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.  Unless otherwise specified, all bills are due by the 15th of each month.

Effective June 1st, 2025 = Please make checks payable to Energy United Water Corp and mail to 250 McClain Road, Hiddenite, NC  28636

Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply call or come by the office and we will gladly assist you with this. 

Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office located at 1216 Island Ford Road. We accept cash, check, money orders, or debit/credit cards. 

Payment By Phone
You may pay your bill by phone with a debit and/or credit card.  There are no additional fees for this service.  During regular business hours, call the office at (704) 873-1658. 

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take seven to ten business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
