MERGER NEWS UPDATE
Our merger with Energy United Water Corp is nearing completion!
The West Iredell Water Co office located at 1216 Island Ford Rd will be permanently closing on May 28th, 2025 at 4:00pm. In-office business will resume on June 2nd, 2025 at the Energy United Water Corp office located at 250 McClain Rd, Hiddenite, NC 28636. If you need assistance between May 29th-June 2nd, please call (704) 585-6518 and we will be glad to assist you.
Drop-box payments can still be made at the WIWC location for a short time until otherwise posted on the office window.
Bill Payment Options
West Iredell Water online payment services will be suspended as of 11:59 pm on Monday, May 19th, 2025 until you receive your next billing statement. This will be an Energy United Water postcard style water bill that you will be receiving sometime after June 11th, 2025. Online payments can then be made using this new website address: www.energyunitedwater.com
